Jakarta Social Agency (Dinsos) initiate Construction Contract Control Administration System or locally known as SILIKON3. This is an application for integrated management of construction contract administration control.

This system is a creative idea as well as an action for change carried out by Raymon Budi, Jakarta Social Agency's Social Facility Section Head.

Jakarta Social Agency Head, Premi Lasari, said the stages available in this system are in accordance with the regulatory provisions for the stages of implementing construction work contracts as regulated in the Government Goods and Services Policy Institute Regulation Number 12/2021 concerning Guidelines for Implementing the Procurement of Government Goods and Services through Providers. In particular, attachment II regulates the Implementation Guidelines for Procurement of Construction Services through Suppliers.

"This system encourages efficiency, effectiveness and accountability in the administrative management of construction contract control," Premi said, Wednesday (7/10).

With this system, she hopes, the administrative management of construction contract control can be more efficient, effective and accountable. Thus, a clean government with integrity can be realized.

"With this system, everything can be done transparently and accountably," she stated.
